Now in public beta

Every agency tool, none of them fit. So we built our own.

docket brings ticketing, time tracking and accounting under one roof — the lightweight operating system a digital agency actually runs on. We built it for ourselves at Evernow, and we've been running our business on it for years.

Built by an agency, for agencies. Every seat is free while we're in public beta.

Everything under one roof

The work and the money have always lived in two different tools. Not here.

Plan

Decide what gets done

Tickets, boards, labels and a roadmap you can drag — the whole project, from briefing to done, in one place.

Track

Know where the hours go

Timers live on the ticket. The hours you track flow straight into reporting, budgets and the invoice.

Bill

Get paid for the work

Quotations, invoices, external costs and forecasts — the commercial side connected to the work that earned it.

A closer look

Every project at a glance

All your projects in one list, grouped by client — status, budget used, progress and deadline side by side. Open one and its dashboard shows the budget, the open work and who's on it.

  • Budget used and ticket progress for every project
  • Grouped by client, sorted and filtered the way you look at them
  • Where each project stands in billing, at a glance

Tickets that carry the whole conversation

Every project is a stream of tickets — prioritized, labeled, discussed and done. Todos, comments, budgets and tracked time all live on the ticket, so nothing gets lost in a chat thread.

  • Boards for the overview, a plain list for the work
  • Priorities, labels and deadlines that mean something
  • Comments, attachments and todos in one timeline

A roadmap you can actually touch

Phases on a timeline, laid out by the dates that matter. Drag to plan, switch between weeks and months, and see at a glance what's running, what's late and what's coming.

  • Drag phases and tickets to replan in seconds
  • Weeks or months, filtered to what you care about
  • Today, always marked — no hunting for the line

Time tracking that stays out of the way

Track on the ticket you're working, review your week on one screen, and let the hours flow into budgets, reports and billing. No separate tool, no Monday-morning guesswork.

  • A running week against your actual working hours
  • Round to the quarter, half or full hour — your call
  • Every entry tied to a ticket and a service rate
  • Per project: hours by person and service, budget left

From the quote to the paid invoice

Quotations, order confirmations and invoices live on the project they belong to — and so do the supplier invoices you pass on. The forecast shows what's billed, what's paid and what's still to come this year.

  • Billing cycles: quote, order confirmation, partial and final invoices
  • External costs assigned to projects, chargeable or not
  • A forecast of every quote and invoice, month by month

Your team stays in Jira. The numbers still land here.

Link a project and docket mirrors its issues — read-only, so Jira stays the single source of truth for the work. Time gets booked against the mirrored ticket, worklogs you already have in Jira or Tempo come across, and every hour ends up in the budget, the client report and the invoice.

  • Issues mirrored automatically, within minutes of changing in Jira
  • Book time in docket and it appears in Jira as your own worklog
  • Or keep booking in Jira or Tempo — docket imports it either way
  • No double counting: pushed and imported hours are reconciled

There's more where that came from

Client reports

A read-only view of a project for the people paying for it. No exports, no slide decks — a link that's always up to date.

A shared, read-only project budget report

Workload

Who has room next week and who really doesn't — planned work against real working hours, per person, without a spreadsheet.
